Mom & Baby Yoga is perfectly designed for you to get back on your mat after having your baby or even trying yoga for the first time! The single session class is focused on regaining strength and mobility in all areas that new moms have discomfort in.
Join Shelby, Ripple Effect’s Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Trainer, in a supportive and comfortable environment for you and baby to bond and move. Please feel free to feed and change your baby as needed.
Ages 6 weeks to crawling welcome!

INVESTMENT: $15 + gst (maximum 6 registrants)
1) What is the age limit for this class?
*Mom-and-Baby Yoga is best for newborn babies (6 weeks) up to crawling. One baby/child per adult please.
2) WHAT DO I BRING?
– Yoga mat (we have extras!)
– Dress in loose comfortable clothing (and layers too!) as room temperature may fluctuate
– Baby dressed in layers
– A blanket and toys for your baby

What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds for this registration. At the discretion of the instructor and Ripple Effect Wellness, you may be able to transfer your registration fee to another class or to a service at the clinic.
